1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and WinPKR Game ("we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your use of the WinPKR Game website and all services accessible through it, including casino games, slot games, live casino, sports-adjacent gaming content and any associated features.

By registering an account on WinPKR Game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

By registering, you warrant that all information you provide — including name, date of birth and payment details — is accurate and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one account on WinPKR Game. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. WinPKR Game staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — if someone claiming to represent WinPKR Game asks for your password, do not provide it and contact support immediately.

Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by someone who has accessed your account with or without your permission — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately so that the account can be secured.

3.3 Account Information

You must keep your account information current and accurate. If any of your registered details change — including your contact number or payment channel — you should update them promptly through your account settings. Incorrect account details can delay withdrawals and verification.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

WinPKR Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• There is suspected fraud, money laundering or other prohibited activity.
• The account holder has breached any of these Terms.
• Requested verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity).

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Genuine cash balances (funds that were deposited rather than awarded as bonuses) will be returned to the original deposit channel following satisfactory verification, unless those funds are subject to an active investigation.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

WinPKR Game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following channels:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer
• Debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method. You may also set your own personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings — once set, a lower limit cannot be increased immediately and requires a cooling-off period to take effect.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your WinPKR Game account within a few minutes. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into WinPKR Game belong to you and have been obtained lawfully. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted. WinPKR Game reserves the right to carry out checks on the source of funds and to request supporting documentation if there are reasonable grounds to do so.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 General Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits and verification requirements outlined below. You may only withdraw to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

Before processing a first withdrawal, WinPKR Game may request verification of your identity and payment channel. This is a standard procedure to protect players and the platform. Verification typically requires confirmation that your registered name matches the name on your payment account. Delays in providing requested documents will delay the withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Once approved, funds are typically transferred within the timeframe shown in your account for the selected payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional review is required.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for any bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount. Only real-money (deposited) funds that have met any applicable conditions can be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying payment methods and time windows — are stated within each individual promotion. WinPKR Game reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect players who have already met the conditions to claim a specific offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is available.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus validity periods are stated in the promotion. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

WinPKR Game operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a pattern that clearly indicates an intent to extract value rather than engage in normal gameplay, and coordinated play with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

7. Games and Betting

7.1 Game Availability

WinPKR Game offers a variety of game types including slot games, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, game shows), RNG table games, crash games and other formats. The game catalogue is subject to change — titles may be added, removed or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues or other circumstances.

7.2 Game Results and Fairness

RNG (Random Number Generator) games produce results that are statistically random. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers through video streams with results determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheel). WinPKR Game does not manipulate game outcomes. If a technical fault causes a game to display an incorrect result, the fault will be investigated and the game result may be voided — in that case, the stake will be returned to your account.

7.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. WinPKR Game reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. VIP players may have access to higher limits subject to account-level agreement.

7.4 Disconnection During Play

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the outcome determined by the game server at the time the bet was placed. Reconnecting to your account will show the resolved result. WinPKR Game is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WinPKR Game. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's systems, networks or data.
• Using the Platform to process payments on behalf of third parties (i.e., acting as a payment intermediary).
• Providing false information during registration, verification or support interactions.

9. Responsible Gaming

WinPKR Game is designed as an entertainment platform for adults who choose to engage with it within their personal means. We take player welfare seriously and provide a set of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity.

9.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit in PKR. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a chosen number of minutes of continuous play.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WinPKR Game's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WinPKR Game is not liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is not permitted.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.

13. Changes to These Terms

WinPKR Game may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
